Is Mopar ATF+4 Synthetic?

I read another post a while back about this. A Chevron web site stated that Chryslers ATF+4 was a synthetic based fluid.

I am preparing to change my atf fluid again on my 2001 truck and was considering using the Amsoil brand atf fluid this time around.
But if the Mopar ATF+4 is synthetic I will keep using it instead.

I just wanted to get facts on this if any of you out there know for sure. I would call the parts counter at the dealer and ask but I doubt they have any idea.
