How about a Turbonormalizer??

Ok I am still dreaming about the speedy boost climb I could get down at sea level and am somewhat determined to make that happen in my favorite place here in Colorado.

Some smaller turbo'd planes and helicopters are running a turbonormalizer system to cure performance problems at higher altitudes thus allowing higher service ceilings and heavier takeoff weights at altitude.

There has got to be a way to set one of these up on a CTD. Anyone have some ideas??
