Best BHAF kit? Boost?

Ok I need to get the k&n out of the stock box and get a BHAF! I like THe Airaid 300-139, AFE 50-10071, or the K&N 63-1025. Why and which one should I get? I see about 23lbs of boost with the elbow. Will the BHAF help?
