New PDR40 and Mach 3 EDMs

Got my new Piers 40 and Dons 125 EDMs from Rip Rook yesterday at a great price and he even let me borrow his shop to install the new toys.

Down in Portland I noticed that these injectors smoked less than my old BD2's with the box off. But around here they smoke about the same as the BD2's with the box on 1x5 but its all in how you drive it. Just puttin around town they dont smoke at all but WOT+low boost causes mucho smoke however 1x1 cures that without sacrificing driveability. As far as EGTs are concerned the pyro still pegs at 1600* but it is much more slowly and is more controlable compared to my previous setup. Spool is pretty good in fact its better than I expected. Down in the valley on the way home box off I'd say its equal to that of the 2's and the PDR 35. Up here with the box off I think it spools quicker than the 2's and the 35. There isnt a 2-4 second wait for the turbo to light, just a smooth off idle pull that pulls increasingly harder after 1600rpms and never seems to fall off. But with the box on the top end is WAY more than with the 35. Put a big smile on my face!
