Sudden change in clutch engagement point and pedal pressure? (w/JD Sachs clutch)

Wasn't sure if this belonged in the 12V forum or here, since I'm not sure just where the problem lies, but here's a link to my other post. But I got to thinking that someone with a 24V may have experienced something similar.
