ISSPRO Bullet mount ?

Can anyone out there with the ISSPRO bullet mount (from Geno's) tell me if you can mount it upside down?

I mean can you mount it inverted with the guage on the bottom? I have been looking for a mounting location and believe that it could be mounted above the dash vent on the right side of the instrument panel (to the left of the radio).

I can't see why it could not be mounted there just not sure if the guage (and wires) can go in the mount upside down.......
