PDR HX35/HX40 adapter questions...

If you have the need to install an HX35 or HX35/40 Hybrid turbo on a truck with an HX40 downpipe, this handy little HX35 to HX40 downpipe adapter will do the trick.

My question is, could this be turned around, so I could use my turbo mount Pac brake on a HX40?
