Chicago Pneumatic air tools?

I've been looking for a good QUIET 3/8" air ratchet and finally found one advertised as such. I use my 3/8" air ratchet constantly and the ones I have are all very loud. Chicago Pneumatic makes this one http://www.coptool.com/item-detail.c...TOKEN=73130071 which can be adjusted down to 79 db and up to 90 ft/lbs of torque which looks real attractive but I have no experience with their tools. Anyone have any that could give a recommendation one way or the other? I see that they make some cheaper tools and some very expensive ones and this looks to be in their better line. Thanks in advance.
