Tool Question

I'm having a hard time finding a tool I need because I don't know what it's called. It's used with an air compressor and threaded into the spark plug hole to pressurize a engine cylinder to keep the valves from dropping down when changing springs or in my case the valve stem seals on my Toyota.

Also if you know who sells this tool that would help........ Thanks
