Topsider Creeper from Northern Tool and Equip.

Does anyone have one of these creepers used for working on the top side of the engine compartment. Northern item# 630211-2607 . You can step on the ladder and lay your chest on the padded chestboard and reach the back of the engine. It looks like it would work well for the CTD or is it a piece of junk for 180 bucks?
