online tools- where do you buy?

I need to buy a few tools (who doesn't?)

I need a tap ( for the pyrometer I'm about to order) and I aslo need a set of metric combination wrenches.

My local hardware store has SK for Big$ or some really hokey looking stuff for literally 15% of the SK price. I need to find a good compromise between high end price and low end quality. I used to go to Sears for stuff like this, but they moved out of Boulder a year or two ago.

Where do you buy tools?
