Relocating To San Antonio Texas

Well after looking for a new job for the last 9 months it looks like I will be relocating the family to the San Antonio area and I was hoping for some advice about good places to live in the north San Antonio area. I am also looking for a house with 4 to 6 bedrooms and on at least 3 acres of land in the 130K to 150K price range and will need to find a good realtor. Also any information on a local TDR Chapter would be great as well. ANY suggestions would be helpful since I have never relocated the family before and it is going to be a big job considering I have 4 kids ranging from ages 3 to 12
