Can you tow something from Denver to LA

My folks are moving back from Denver (Aurora actually) to the LA area at the end of May. My Dad has a travel trailer and a motorcycle trailer that he needs to tow and he is planning on towing one behind the other behind his van.

This concerns me and I was wondering if anybody would be making this trip about the same time and be willing to tow the motorcycle trailer.
