Weight specs for 1998 Patio Hauler 351F

To anyone that has this trailer, could you please post or pm me the weight specs for this trailer? I found one semi local and want to go look at it. But I need to know what weight I am looking at. I wouldn't mind ALL specs on the trailer, but weights are what I need most right now.
