Hot Tire

Cant figure this one out, I have one tire that runs hotter then the rest. If I had to guess I would say 10 to 15 degrees hotter (never hotter then the back tires on my truck) The bearings have been checked and repacked, tires are Michlens class E, all tires are running the same psi and no the brakes are not dragging. Any ideas???
