Hitch Conversion

Am looking for some opinions. Have a 28 Ft. toy hauler and want to change the hitch from a pull trailer to a Goose Neck. Just dont like pull trailers that heavy. What to look for, that I havn"t thought of. With the trailer loaded with two Quads and wet. it must weigh 10500 or better. Should I attach the hitch to the existing hitch or extend the frame and start there? Just an idea I have. I like being differant. Of course I pull it with my 04.5 600. Thank in advance.
