Featherlite Trailers

I must give a plug here for Featherlite trailers. I called them today to ask a question on the sidewall attachment if combination rivits and 3M Automotivetape was used for a cleaner sidewall. I was called back today by a lady who answered one of my questions, but she did not know the other so she put me thru to engineering. I had to leave a message there as well. I was called back today by engineering as well.

I was very impressed with customer service for a potential customer from a factory. They called back the same day and answered the questions, not saying.."Call your dealer". I have called a couple other race car trailer companies, names unmentioned 3 and 4 times and still never got a return call.
I think (I hope) my next trailer will be a Featherlite........
