Help On towing weights on a 2003 3500srw

I have a new trailer rated to 14,800 its a gn It curently has 1,600 lbs on the hitch.

I am trying to figure out if I am within my GVW total and dont really understand all of it. I plan to weigh it as I add stuff to the LQ on the trailer and need to have figures to shoot for I would like to run completly legal.
Thanks I cant seem to find any post that cover all this.
