Tow Levels with EZ

Now that I have an EZ on the way (thanks Obie1), what do I need to know about towing with the Edge EZ?

I'm guessing Level 2 is pretty safe and Level 3 will require close watch of EGTs. I'm totally stock, performance wise, other than the new EZ.

Is that pretty much right?
