How much will my receiver handle?

I am planning on getting one of the slide in cargo carriers for my truck. I found one that will carry anything a Class 5 hitch will handle. They bill it as a atv carrier and real heavy duty.

What I am wondering is how much is too much when applying that kind of weight to the receiver of my truck. Thanks guys.
