Honda EU2000 question

At what power load does the Honda EU2000 kick up to maximum speed?

Most of our use is operating the TV and relatively light loads under 300 watts or so - if the Honda is capable of those lighter loads at low RPM, it would be a big plus - our Microwave and other higher draw stuff is only used occasionally...
