help! no running light output

I have no power on my 7 pin for running lights.same on the rv plug on the bumper. the manual control on the trailer brake controller quit too. couldnt find any wires loose or missing.could it be as simple as a fuse? the lights on the truck work fine.how nice of the oklahoma hwy. patrol to point that out for free this time.
