Advice needed

I have been towing around my 26 foot toybox which has a bit of tongue weight. I am using WD hitch, but I am also interested in airbags to level the rear and help with the load.

Over some roads the tongue will get to bobbing up and down slowly then stop and it is smooth again. Will airbags aired up prevent this and keep it from the bobbing up and down motion?

What airbag system is good? I have read alot about Firestone, but I don't want to have to drill the frame and would prefer to install myself. Recommendations please on what to buy and where to buy it.
