Front reciever hitch

I have a 2004.5 2wd truck with a front receiver on it. The actual receiver tube is
welded beneath the mounting bar which puts it awfully low to the ground. Does anyone know of a receiver that comes straight out from the mounting bracket,
or even above it. I wouldn't mind trimming the spoiler. I am just tired of scraping
on steep inclines. Thanks!
