B+W and air bags

Me and a friend of mine have been thinking about putting air bgs on our trucks. We have been talking about the firestone brand. We both have B+W gooseneck turnover balls in our trucks too. My question is with the hitch are the air bags harder to install ? Any feedback on the firestone airbags would be appreciated.
