Weight distributing hitch

I need help. I have a hitch made by C>P products, the bars are rated for 750 lb.I am looking for some 1000Lb bars.(New trailer

). As far as i can tell C.P. products is no longer around? Some one told me Valley or Husky bought them out. When I look at the husky bars on the computer they look the same as the C.P. bars I now have. Any one know if the Husky bars will work? The new trailer is a 2006 21ft ragen toy hauler. the hitch weight is 820Lb.
