Best Brake for the buck

Had this posted in the 12v section and it was suggested that I post it here. I have a 95 3500 dually with a 5-speed transmission and will be towing a 33 foot TT and using the truck to haul wood. I'm planning on doing the wheel cylinder upgrade that's been discussed in other threads, but I'm also considering an exhaust/engine "Jake" brake as my route to Wisconsin takes me thru Pennsylvania and some good hills-some call 'em mountains. So I guess what I'm looking for is opinions on ease of installation and use, and down sides to various manufacturers. Thanks, Big John
