Piggy-Back Pop Up

Okay, so here's my dilemma...
Going to Ilwaco, Wa on a fishing trip with my son-in-law in June.( about 600 miles to the coast from start up). Want to take a tent trailer and two 4-wheelers on the trip.
One 4-wheeler will fit perfect in the short bed, but what do I do with the second one? Is there some way I can modify the top of the tent trailer to accommodate the second 4-wheeler?? Would it be safe??
The tent trailer is a small coleman and I do have a pair of bars that are designed to pack a canoe or small boat on top of the trailer.
What do ya think...
