Pull-rite Superglide 24k hitch

I want to use a Superglide hitch on my long bed to give me clearance for a sleeper shell to haul the dog, cat, etc., in. Feedback on where to purchase for best price? Sleeper shells seem to have fallen out of favor and are hard to find. I may have to fabricate out of aluminum. Anyone else use a sleeper shell like this, or know where to buy them? Thanks!
