Just Ordered a 6 speed - how much harder to drive???

I just ordered a new 6 speed, and getting a little nervous...I only started rving last year and have towed one year with an auto...my wife was really concerned when I ordered the manual...

Any suggestions on differences....please keep me out of trouble...thanks
