Towing a 5'er

I've got an '04 2500 4x4, QCSB, CTD with 6-speed, 35's and no lift. I've seen one person that is towing a 5'er with my same set-up (unfortunately I can't find him again). Is there anyone else out there with this set-up? And is there anything I need to do to make it safe for my truck when hitting dips and rolls?
