Campground Membership resales

My wife and I are interested in possibly buying a membership to Thousand Trails. I don't want to buy it directly from Thousand Trails and pay full price. I have been watching on ebay and looking online. Here are my questions: what are the important things to look for when getting one of these memberships? Also, does anyone know of any membership brokers that have TT for sale? What is a reasonable price that I should expect to pay?
