New Rams and slide in camper compatibility

I have heard there are certain Ram trucks that you are not supposed to use with a slide in camper. My 01 2500 has a much high payload than the new ones it seems. I'm looking at a 07 Ram, long bed 2500 4x4 Cummins, 6 manual. My truck camper is a 8 foot Shadow Cruiser Pop up, 1200 pounds dry. Will I be ok without voiding some kind of warranty?
