5th wheel with truck box??????

I am tossing up in the air weather or not should i get a truck box or not?

If i were to get one it would have to be an over the rail truckbox...

Now with that in mind, what i am wondering is if you can tow a 5th wheel with a over the rail truck box in, or would it have to be taken out.....I almost forgot the most important thing is i have a long bed.
