2007 3500 Single Rear Wheel GVWR

I was out on Kelley Blue Book looking up the price on a 3500 mega cab. Did Dodge change the single rear wheel GVWR from 9900 to 10,100? Here is what is on the KBB website:
"Wheel Conversion, Single Rear • Laramie -541.00 -615.00
(N/A w/Tires-TP9 or TPZ) (Deletes Std Clearance Lights)
All Models Include 10,100-lb GVWR & LT265/70R17E BSW Tires.
SLT Includes All Models Equipment Plus Chrome Steel Wheels.
Laramie Includes All Models Equipment Plus Chrome Aluminum Wheels."
