DD II's + EZ For towing?

Trying to convince someone he will be fine with using Diesel Dynamic Stage II's + EZ Edge for towing. He has a 2000 automatic, so he has the "bigger turbo".

Can any of you running this combination comment here please..... what are your EGT's like?????
