US Gear Exhaust brake problem

Have a problem with the brake unit. Sometimes will not come on, sometimes will come on but won't turn off, sometimes works good. I am thinking there is a ground problem. I don't have the paper work so I don't know how it works.

Anyone have this type of problem?
