towing 5k car with 11' camper

i have a 93 duelly with lance 11' camper
i want to pull a 5000 lb car on car trailer
some but not a lot . actually to race track once a year. and some car shows
should i custom do up a duel receiver
or stay with a class 5 w/ ext of about 3'
i would say nothing over 1000 lb toung
i dont leave camper on except for summer use. can i still leave spare tire under bed?
whats your story on using this setup!
