Front and back wear when towing

Greetings folks,

I have a question that may or may not be picky on my part. Due to the hauling I do (fifth wheel-2 horses), my rear tires wear much faster than my front. If fact, I'm about at the "replace" point on the four rear tires, and the front are almost looking new. Is there something I need to worry about when using 4 wheel drive when there is a difference in wear between the front and back? I worry about the diameter of the tire difference.
