48re overhaul

I spoke at great lengths with well known diesel engine/tranny shop in middle GA last week about beefing up my 06' 48re. He indicated that the newer 48re was a good tranny and for towing all I needed was a quality aftermarket TC and that he would rebuild my valve body.

Any thoughts
