Will I have a problem running a A/C unit off a EU3000 Honda genset?

From the stats on mayberrys website, I should be okay running a rooftop AC with a 3K genset, even on startup. Any opinions/experiences?
I like the Honda for reliability and quiet. I don't see myself needing the AC and micro at the same time, so if I have enough to run the AC and a few lights and TV I should be fine.
