Sirius Radio Question?

I have the Sirius radio in my 07 3500. I tow R.V.s and I really enjoy the commercial free stations. We are taking our 11 1/2' Artic Fox slide-in camping over Memorial weekend and it dawned on me I won't have any reception. Anybody have a solution that they have tried? I talked to an installer and he said he could run another antenna on the front of the truck for about $150.
