to heavy? safe? legal?

I will be hauling a massey 175 tractor with loader(weight 6100 w/o loader) & a john deere 2010 crawler(weight around 10k). The truck is a 1 ton dually and the trailer is 21k GVW. Total load will be over 26k, but I own everything but the trailer. The way I read the book, I don't need a CDL because I it is personal property. This is a one time haul(moving).
Is it to heavy?
Is it safe?
Is it legal?
