Nomad Trailer By Skyline Any Good?

A friend of mine has a 25' "Nomad" by Skyline Trailers. I want to say it is a 2003 and had the cabinet upgrade, aux battery, ducted heat and most extras installed. Anyone know if these are good trailers? Is $9000.00 a good price? Are these trailers well insulated for winter use? NADA shows this below low book and the trailer is essentially in new condition. Any constructive input would be very much appreciated.
