RV Backup camera vs. Bumper Sensor

Has anyone had experience with Backup Cameras or Bumper Sensors? Which is better for backing up a 5th wheel. I know, there is nothing better then someone backing you up, however there are times when there is no one handy. Costco has a backup camera for $69.99, which is a very reasonable price. Is it any good? I could have used one when I had my Lance camper.
