New dump trailer

I am looking for a 80 x 14 foot GN dump trailer and i found these Quality Steel built in Elkhart IN. 80 x 14 foot GN 14,000# cap ramps, D-rings, all tube construction. Total price tax and all $6,700. I am concerned about the lift cylinder, twin 4inch has no scissor lift. Does any body know anything about these trailers quality...etc.
