trying to find interior A/C registers for my trailer

We have an ALJO trailer and the A/C registers in the ceiling are a round, plastic adjustable vent. I can't find them anywhere. The old ones became brittle. The trailer is only 7 years old. Anyone know where to find them? Is there a specific name for them besides a register? I looked all over online.
