HELP?California Traffic Info I-5 Sacramento area

Hey All

Im getting ready for my annual summer trip to Washington State. I need help with the North bound road construction in the Sacramento area.

My first stop is Oroville Ca at the KOA. I will be leaveing on 07/30 Wed.
