kool vue mirrors

i have a 2002 dodge ram 2500 cummins i put kool vue mirrors on the truck and my passenger works fine but when i go to the driver side it only goes down and nothing more but when i go to turn the Nobe to make them come inward my passenger starts to go that way when it should be the drivers side and this is the 2 mirror so does any body no about this

need help p.s i put back on stock mirror and it works fine and also the passenger works fine thanks
