Thoughts on Claimed Fuel Mileage on this RV

These numbers seem ????? I knew a guy who had a 3500 4x4 (non dually) that couldn't get that empty.....

Chevy 454 fuel injected motor, runs excellent lots of power
12-14 MPG, 20,000lb transmission cooler
